What payment methods do you accept?We accept Cash, Venmo, PayPal, & ATH Movil.

Is the price inclusive of all fees?Yes, the only thing you would need extra money for is lunch or if you wanted to buy some souvenirs.

Do you provide the meals?No, we do not provide meals. However, we do stop at a location with different options for you to purchase lunch, snacks, & drinks.

Do I need to bring my own equipment or do you provide?We provide equipment for snorkeling and diving upon request, as we have many people who bring their own equipment.

Do you provide storage for my personal items when we are out on our adventure?Our vehicles are equipped with an HDX Storage Totes if you have bigger items that wouldn’t normally fit inside the vehicle. We are not responsible for lost or stolen items and recommend that you not to bring anything of sentimental or monetary value.

What time do you pick us up?Pickup is at 8AM. (Please contact us for a later pickup time; latest pickup by 10AM)

How large of a party can you accommodate on a trip?We always say the more the merrier. Currently our vehicles can accommodate 4 passengers. That being said, we are flexible and have done hiking tours for as much as 15 people. For our scuba and snorkel tours, our certified instructors can take a maximum of 10 certified divers/snorkelers OR 4 uncertified divers.

Are there any age restrictions on adventures?For our hiking and snorkeling tours, we have an age restriction of 4 years old. For scuba diving tours, following PADI's standards, the minimum age is 10.

Do we hike barefoot?We absolutely love this question!! Although some of our guides hike barefoot, we strongly encourage bringing shoes (water shoes/hiking shoes).

What is your policy for refunds and cancellations?We totally understand that unexpected things happen. Therefore, our refund policy is dependent on the amount of notice that you provide us: 49hrs+ = Full refund 25hrs-48hrs cancellation = 50% refund 24hrs or less cancellation = No refund
