Additionally, to ensure a comfortable and stress-free experience, we advise traveling as light as possible. This will not only make your trip more enjoyable but also help in keeping your belongings safe and manageable.

For our scuba diving tours, pickups are scheduled between 5am-7am. If you're planning on a 2-tank dive, we highly recommend opting for an earlier departure time to ensure we return before sunset. For our hiking tours, pickups are available between 8am-10am. While you can choose any time within this window, starting earlier is advisable. Earlier hikes not only mean you'll encounter fewer people at popular hiking locations, but you'll also get to enjoy your lunch without rush. This timing ensures a more peaceful and immersive outdoor experience.

Q: What is the maximum number of participants Barefoot Adventures can accommodate?A: At Barefoot Adventures, we believe in the motto "the more the merrier," and we strive to be flexible to meet the needs of our guests. For our hiking tours, our vehicles can comfortably accommodate 4 passengers, but we have successfully managed hiking groups of up to 12 people. When it comes to our scuba and snorkel tours, our certified instructors can guide a maximum of 8 snorkelers or certified divers. For those who are not yet certified divers, we can accommodate up to 4 uncertified divers per tour. So whether you're planning a solo adventure or a group excursion, we have options to suit every adventure-seeker's needs.

Q: Do we hike barefoot?A: As in our name, we absolutely love this question!! Although some of our guides hike barefoot, we strongly encourage bringing shoes (water shoes/hiking shoes). We recommend starting off your adventure with appropriate footwear to ensure you can handle various terrains comfortably. If, by the end of your experience, you feel inspired to hike barefoot, we will have achieved our goal of deepening your connection with nature! Barefoot Adventures is all about connecting you with nature, and while our primary ethos involves embracing the natural world, safety and comfort should come first.

Q: What is Barefoot Adventures' cancellation and refund policy for bookings?A: At Barefoot Adventures, we understand that unexpected situations can arise, necessitating changes to your plans. Our cancellation and refund policy is structured to be fair while also accounting for the logistics involved in our adventure planning. If you need to cancel your booking, please be aware of the following guidelines: - Cancellations made 48 hours prior to the scheduled adventure will receive a full refund. - Cancellations made before the 24-hour mark will be eligible for a partial refund. - Cancellations made 24 hours before the scheduled time are not eligible for a refund. Additionally, please note that we prioritize your safety and the safety of our guides. Therefore, we reserve the right to cancel bookings if weather conditions become unfavorable or dangerous. In such cases, you will receive a full refund or the option to reschedule your adventure for a later date. We appreciate your understanding and cooperation.
